Responsible AI you can stand behind.
As AI takes on a bigger role in how people work, interpret information and make decisions, building it carefully matters more than ever. This is the story of how we think about AI, and the decisions we made so you can trust it.
Every AI product is a stack of decisions.
Most of them are invisible to the people who end up trusting the result. We made ours deliberately, early, and in the open.
Then came the harder questions.
The decisions that never show up in a feature list, but shape whether you can trust what comes out the other end.
Fairness
AI reflects the data and context it learns from, so outcomes can be skewed without anyone intending it. We look critically at data quality and how AI is applied, work to reduce bias during development, and keep watching for unfair results once a system is live.
Built to be understood.
We decided early that an answer you cannot interpret is not much use. So we design for output people can read, question and rely on. Explainable AI is the basis for trust between a person and the system in front of them.
Honest about when it is wrong.
We assumed AI would make mistakes, and built for it. Solutions are tested thoroughly before they go live and monitored afterwards, with extra checks, validation or human verification wherever the use case demands it.
Clear about what it is
We chose to be open about when AI is involved, how it works inside a process, and what it cannot do. Transparent AI goes hand in hand with awareness and honest communication.
Built around people.
The technology is not enough on its own. We help teams build the skills to use AI safely and well, with workshops, training and guidance on its possibilities, its limits and the responsibilities that come with it.
Two decisions needed more than a chapter.
Residency and sustainability shape everything else, so each one earned a page of its own.
EU residency
Every request runs in Amsterdam or Frankfurt, on EU infrastructure. Your data stays in the EU, with Zero Data Retention and no training on what you submit.
How privacy worksSustainability
AI has a real energy cost, and we make it visible. Every model carries an efficiency indicator, and efficient EU-built models are the default rather than the premium.
See our commitmentsAnd someone owns all of it.
Echovise runs its own Responsible AI team: people who review how every system is built, deployed and used, and sign off each release against these decisions.
We changed the scoreboard. Not whether it has every feature, but whether you can trust how your team uses AI.
