Security & data residency
How is my data encrypted and stored?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and stored only on EU servers in Amsterdam and Frankfurt. With Zero Data Retention enabled, providers keep nothing after each request.
Can we keep our data in the EU?
Yes. EchoChat is EU-hosted by default, with all data processed and stored in Amsterdam and Frankfurt and Zero Data Retention on every plan.
Do admins have control over usage policies?
Admins set model allowlists, sensitive-data policy (highlight, warn or block), retention windows and per-team access from a central control plane.

Which AI models does the platform support?

Can we use documents as context in chats?
Yes. Upload PDFs, DOCX, CSV, JSON or TXT as persistent knowledge files for assistants and projects.

How does pricing work?
You pay per seat. The Business plan is €34 per user per month for a Standard seat, or €99 for a Business Plus seat with 4× the usage. Enterprise is custom.
Can we mix seat types across our team?
Yes. Assign Standard seats to most of the team and Business Plus seats to your power users, all under one bill.
What are the contract terms?
Monthly or annual billing, with annual saving 20%. No long-term lock-in, and you can change seats any time.
